1. Registration: All attendees must register either online or onsite for entry. Admission is subject to venue capacity and granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Event Access: The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, or speaker list without prior notice. Bags and personal belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry.

3. Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to treat all guests, staff, and exhibitors with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the venue.

4. Photography & Media: By attending the event, participants authorize the European Union Delegation in Cambodia to:

- Use event photo and video footage featuring their image in web and social media communications.

- Archive and permit third-party usage of materials strictly for educational or informational purposes.

- Process personal data (e.g., name, country, profession, position, contact details) as part of official EU communication materials.

5. Liability: The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings or any incidents beyond the control of the event team.

6. Data Privacy: Your data will be stored securely and processed in accordance with European Union data protection regulations.
